Available now, The Premier Range is six core mixes that we have vigorously benchmarked against other competitor products and we believe we have six products that are better than the rest.
The cake mixes are high quality, versatile and great tasting and we're sure you'll agree!
The six that make up the Premier Range are;

The versatility of the range is emphasised by the high volume of products that can be baked from each of these fabulous mixes, below is just a couple ideas of what great products you can produce.

Caramel and Custard Doughnut
- Make up American Doughnut Concentrate/Mix as per label on bag
- Scale dough at 50 grams and mould into round balls
- Prove in low humidity until 3/4 proof and then remove and allow to skin for 10 minutes prior to frying
- Fry at 190°C for approximately 1 1/2 minutes on each side
- When cool dip top of doughnut into caramel fudge icing which has been melted to 43°C and wipe away any drops
- Spin top of doughnut with dark bakers coating chocolate
- Inject a good quality cold custard into the doughnut or for a luxury alternative blend cold custard and fresh together as a 50/50 blend

Marble Loaf Cake
- Make up Plain and Chocolate Creme Cake Mix separately as per the label on bag
- At the end of mixing blend 2% orange compound into the plain batter
- Deposit 2/3 orange batter into a bowl and add 1/3 chocolate batter on top and very gently fold the two together ensuring that you do not overmix, one or two twists with your hand should suffice
- Deposit the batter at 450 grams into 1lb loaf tins, bake at 190°C
