Hovis and Granary Competition – 2010

Adam Smith College in Kirkcady, Fife, are preparing themselves for this years Hovis and Granary competition.

Technical staff from Rank Hovis recently paid the college and its Bakery students a visit demonstrating how to bake top quality Hovis and Granary products, ready for the competition in June.

Each year the standard of baking improves and the number of colleges who enter the competition increases. This year it is being held at the annual ABST Conference on June 12th. (Alliance of Bakery Students and Trainees).
